Privacy, in plain English

No cookies, no accounts, no ads, no tracking across sites.

What we count

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't fingerprint, to count page views and which pages people open. We can't see who you are.

Your theme choice

If you switch between light and dark mode, we save that choice in your browser's local storage on your device. It never leaves it.

Demo apps

The demos, like the bill splitter, run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us.

If you email us

We see your email address and message, and use them only to answer you and fix pages.

AI chat services have their own rules

When you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other service we link to, their privacy policy applies, not ours. They may keep your chats for a while, let people review them, or use them to improve their models unless you change a setting. Look for a “data controls”, “privacy” or “improve the model for everyone” setting in the app, and consider a temporary or incognito chat for anything sensitive. Settings differ between services and change over time.

Before you upload: what to remove

  • Bills and letters: your name, address, account and meter numbers, barcodes and QR codes. Keep the amounts and line items.
  • CVs: phone number, home address, email, date of birth, photo, referees' details.
  • Photos: faces of other people (especially children), house numbers, number plates, documents in the background, location data. Ask permission before uploading someone else's photo.
  • Never upload passwords, bank or card details, ID documents or medical records.

Crop or cover them with a plain rectangle before uploading. Blur alone is not always enough.

Safety notes

  • Money: AI can misread numbers or invent facts. Check every figure before you dispute a bill or make a payment. This is not financial advice.
  • Legal: consumer rights and refund rules differ by country and seller. A drafted message is not legal advice.
  • Health: don't use AI for medical decisions; talk to a professional.
  • Plants and mushrooms: never eat anything because an AI identified it.
